Payement is required in full at the end of each individual journey. We accept cash,
all major credit & debit cards (subject to a 5% surcharge) and national travel tokens.
If you wish to pay by cheque please discuss this at the time of booking.
Account facilities can be arranged for corporate customers using our services regularly.

We are happy to quote for any longer distance journeys that you require. All shorter local
work is charged via the taxi meters fitted in our hackney carriage vehicles, this way you always
know the price being charged is accurate and fair as these charges are regulated by E.H.D.C.

The price indicated on the taxi meter is the price that you must pay, unless agreed in advance.
All toll charges, congestion charges and parking fees are chargeable to the customer and will be
added at the end of the journey. It is a criminal offence to hire a taxi knowing that you do not
have the means to pay for the journey.

We welcome airport bookings by email, but these are only valid once you have received
confirmation from Forest Cars. In the event that you need to cancel your airport booking
we will require twelve hours notice and no charge will be made. Where no cancellation is
received or incorrect information is provided by the customer resulting in an unnecessary
journey, the full fare will be payable.

Forest Cars shall not be held responsible for any delay due to adverse weather or traffic
conditions, mechanical failure or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Forest Cars shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property or luggage,
however such loss or damage is caused.

Taxis and private hire vehicles are deemed as a public place, therefore it is against the law to
